I will help you identify the blocks and obstacles that keep you stuck and together we will create a plan to move forward toward your ideal life/career. Phone calls and emails take place in the privacy of your home or office. Special arrangements must be made for “in person” sessions at my office.

A VG coaching group is a fun and powerful way to get a fresh perspective on you and your life with the help of others. The ongoing support and encouragement you receive from the group is invaluable in creating new possibilities for your life. Meetings are held via the phone for convenience and confidentiality. Groups include creating your ideal life, discovering your authentic work, visioning and goal setting.
